Rendezvous in Rio

More than 450 area residents enjoyed a “Rendezvous in Rio” at Greenwich Hospital’s 9th annual gala in November. Renowned Manhattan-based special-events designer Preston Bailey transformed the ballroom of the Hyatt in Old Greenwich into a Brazilian wonderland. Nancy Raquet was gala chair. Richard Pivirotto received the 3rd President’s Award for his service and dedication to the hospital from Greenwich Hospital president and CEO Frank Corvino. Proceeds of the event benefited the hospital’s women’s and children’s health programs.
