Saluting
the Arts
The
Conyers Farm Polo Club in Greenwich became a blooming feast
for the Bruce Museum of Arts and Science’s Renaissance
Ball, “The Secret Garden,” which raised more
than $500,000 for museum education and exhibition programs.
Highlights of the event, chaired by Sabrina Pray
Forsythe, included a wine auction, and a live auction
with meteorologist Bill Evans, featuring
diamonds, trips and shopping sprees.
The Katonah Museum of Art exhibition opening for “Behind
Closed Doors: Area Collectors Celebrate the Museum’s
Golden Anniversary” filled The Mary L. Beitzel and
Sally and Volney Righter Galleries, giving visitors the
opportunity to follow the development of the international
art scene from 1954 to 2004. |
