Before partnering with Dawn Ray to launch Ricks & Ray Partners LLC in 2004, Ms. Ricks established Ricks Consulting Group, Inc in 1994 to advise leading hedge funds and financial services companies on new business development and executive recruitment. Ms. Ricks has more than 14 years of experience in executive search and internet recruitment training, including numerous searches for top managers of established and emerging companies.
Prior to establishing her own firm, Ms. Ricks was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International from 1992 to 1994. At Korn/Ferry, she administered all research and recruiting projects for nine partners in the financial services practice. Ms. Ricks began her career at Branthover Associates in 1991, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in commercial banking, new media and publishing.
