During her long career in public service, Rohatyn has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the New York Public Library; founded and chaired Teaching Matters Inc., a nonprofit organization designed to educate teachers on using technology effectively in the classroom; and founded Technology Empowerment Collaborative, a consortium of New York City academic institutions to advance the role of technology in education.
