Background: Mr. Tuft joined the firm in 1976 as a vice president in New York Institutional Sales and moved to Equity Capital Markets in 1985. He became a partner in 1986 and a managing director in 1996. He is responsible for solicitation, marketing, management, and pricing of domestic and international equity issues.
