COCKTAILS WITH PANACHE
Pernod Absinthe Cocktails
The return of the artist's muse.

After an absence of one hundred years, Pernod Absinthe - an authentic version of the classic French spirit that was banned in the U.S. for its supposed hallucinatory effects - is making its long-awaited return to the American market. Known as "The Green Fairy" to artists and poets in the late 19th century, absinthe was the drink of choice and the purported inspiration behind the works of Arthur Rimbaud, Oscar Wilde, Edouard Manet, and Vincent Van Gogh among others.

Pernod Absinthe has partnered with noted mixologists around the country to create specialty cocktails inspired by artists and writers who were influenced by absinthe.
