Magazine Specifications
Panache is printed on premium gloss white 60lb. stock with 130lb. gloss coated covers and uses a 4-color (CMYK) process on a 150-line screen. We are a 100% computer-to-plate workflow publication.

Acceptable Formats
Deliver single-page PDFs in X-1 format only. PDFs must be submitted in print size with all fonts, component files, and resources (linked EPS and TIFF images) properly embedded. Trapping information prior to PDF conversion: set text to knockout image as needed. Output PDF with crop and registration marks turned on and define all colors as CMYK builds. The total area density of the ad should not exceed SWOP standard of 300%. Panache magazine will not accept EPS or TIFF/IT file formats.

Production Charges
In-house ad production fee: $75 per hour
Digital photo retouching: $120 per hour
Digital color proofs: $25
Four-color scanning of film and photography: $100

Send SWOP digital proof separately. We will not be responsible for color accuracy without the submission of a proper SWOP proof.
