Rennert hosted a Family Fun Day to benefit the American Friends of
the Open University of Israel at her Hamptons home, Fair Field, on
Sunday, September 6, 2009.
Families and little ones enjoyed a carousel
and the playground, basketball, tennis, bowling, kite flying, face-painting,
potato sack races and magic, followed by a BBQ.
The event was chaired
by Inge and Ira Rennert and Lori and Allan Harris.
There were 200 guests.
Families in attendance included Nina and Mitchell Davidson, Erynne
and Ari Rennert, Nazee and Joe Moinian, Lisa Marie and Phillip Falcone,
Caroline Schmidt and Craig Barnett, Pernilla and David Avital, Christine
and William Campbell, Alyssa and William Friedland, Joshua Gruss, Elaine
and Richard Hirsch, Erica and Michael Karsch, Julie and Morry Kalimian,
Brittany and Adam Levinson, The Sakhai Families, Nancy and Peter Sheft,
Vicki and Joseph Tahl, Malcolm Thomson, Randy and Tammy Winn, and Caryn
and Jeff Zucker.
Proceeds from the event benefit educational programs
and scholarships for Israel's largest university, The Open University
of Israel, and its 45,000 students.
