On
September 21, The Chamber Music Society
of Lincoln Center presented Opening
Night, Sounds of the Season. This glamorous
evening kicked-off the premiere fully programmed
season by artistic directors, David Finckel and Wu
Han. The evening's program
featured an unparalleled musical journey juxtaposing
the striking voices of ten singular composers.
The evening included a cocktail reception, performance
in Alice Tully Hall, and post-performance dinner
in the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse. The evening
honored Charles Wadsworth, the
founding artistic director of the Chamber Music
Society. The evening was chaired by Herbert and Judith
Schlosser and Henry Steinway
Ziegler and Jourdan Arpelle-Ziegler.
