On
March 14, The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln
Center hosted its Spring Gala at The University
Club. The evening honored Itzhak Perlman,
one of the greatest violinists of all time, and celebrated
his commitment to the future of classical music. Performing
with him were graduates of The Perlman Music Program,
which trains young string players, and members of Chamber
Music Society Two, the nation's foremost professional
residency for chamber musicians. The evening's
chairs were Barbara and Harry
Kamen.
