The Young
Collectors Artist Ball.
|

On
December 14, the Guggenheim Museum's Young
Collectors Council hosted the annual Artist's Ball,
sponsored by Giorgio Armani. Celebrating a generation
of young artists, collectors, and friends of the Guggenheim
Museum, the event was chaired by Roberta Armani, Amalia
Dayan, Eva Jeanbart Lorenzotti, Jacqueline
Sackler, Marielle Safra,
and Lucy Sykes-Rellie and honored
artist Pipilotti Rist. Funds raised
from the event will be used to acquire works by emerging
artists for the museum’s permanent collection
and to support the museum’s progressive exhibitions
program.
