On
May 29, The Museum of Modern Art hosted
a dinner attended by over 500 guests to celebrate the
opening of Richard Serra Sculpture: Forty Years,
the most monumental exhibition of sculpture ever presented
by the Museum. The exhibition of 27 works by
Serra is installed on the sixth and second floors,
and in The Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Sculpture Garden. MoMA
is the only venue for the exhibition, which is on view
from June 3 to September 10; the second-floor installation
is on view until September 24.
