New
York City Opera opened its spring season on March 7
with a gala dinner and performance of Frank Loesser's
The Most Happy Fella. The evening, a Napa Valley
celebration, honored Ann Colgin of the acclaimed Colgin
Cellars and included an exclusive wine and lifestyle
auction. The evening raised over $1.5 million and was
chaired by Edmée de M. Firth, Michèle
Gerber Klein, Constance J. Milstein and Herbert and
Svetlana Wachtell.
