November 17, The Westchester Arts
Council’s annual Gala welcomed
650 guests for an evening in support of the
arts. The Gala was held at 1133 Westchester
Avenue in White Plains. The Gala honored actress Ruby
Dee and the late Ossie Davis. Robert
Weisz served as Gala chair.
