CT, are transformed into a giant strolling art gallery,
as 160 store windows display artworks through May
31. Opening-night festivities begin at 5:30 pm with
a fun-filled evening of strolling musicians, singers,
dancers, jugglers, artists, jazz bands and a horse-drawn
carriage.
